Submitting a form does not create a client relationship or guarantee that we will accept an engagement. A free consultation is an introductory discussion and does not constitute legal, financial, investment or guaranteed business advice.
4. No guarantee of results
Advertising results depend on many factors outside our control, including the property, pricing, market conditions, advertising budget, sales follow-up, platform changes, competition and audience response. We do not guarantee a specific number of leads, sales, bookings, revenue, cost per lead or return on advertising spend.
5. Client responsibilities
For paid engagements, clients are responsible for providing accurate project information, lawful advertising claims, necessary approvals, usable brand assets, timely feedback and appropriate access to advertising accounts. Clients must ensure that property offers, approvals, prices, availability and representations comply with applicable laws and regulations, including real-estate advertising requirements.
6. Advertising platforms
Meta, Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp are third-party platforms. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta Platforms, Inc. Campaigns remain subject to applicable Meta terms, advertising standards, review systems and account decisions. We are not responsible for platform outages, rejected advertisements, account restrictions, policy changes or other actions controlled by a third party.
7. Fees and advertising spend
Service fees, payment schedules, taxes, cancellation terms and advertising budgets will be specified in the applicable proposal or agreement. Unless expressly stated otherwise, media spend paid to an advertising platform is separate from our professional fees and is the client’s responsibility.
8. Intellectual property
The website, branding, copy, design and original materials are owned by or licensed to Meta With Pravin and may not be copied or commercially reused without permission. Ownership and permitted use of campaign deliverables will be governed by the applicable client agreement. Clients retain responsibility for materials they supply and confirm that they have the right to use them.

10. Limitation of liability
